George Siachamis

I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the CEDAR team of INRIA Saclay in France, working with Ioana Manolescu. I received my PhD from Delft University of Technology, supervised by Asterios Katsifodimos. While at TU Delft, I was part of the Web Information Systems group and the AI for Fintech Research, a collaboration between TU Delft and ING. My doctoral research focused on adaptivity for streaming dataflow engines. Before pursuing a PhD, I did a research internship at CY Cergy Paris University under the supervision of Katerina Tzompanaki. Prior to that, I obtained my 5-year Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Technical University of Athens.

My postodoctoral research focuses on ontology-based data integration and graph data lakes. Moreover, my research interests include stream processing, distributed systems and transactional workflows.
